Build:
This is still something I am working on. I have planned to try and use the Voltaxic Rift spine bow since league start while getting enough defenses that I don't have to take off Inpulsa's Broken Garb. Now I need to increase DPS and get a better helm enchant and anoint my amulet with 'Sovereignty" to also use Herald of Thunder.
Farming:
I run Legion, Breach and Harbringers with the small nodes for Exarch alters. The map is Cemetery. It's a very open map and the mechanics always seem to show. There can also be any scarabs you would like. If you do sanctum, you can do that also.
