I've been diving deep into the world of Path of Exile with my own take on a Hierophant Totem build using Lightning Tendrils, drawing inspiration from the formidable Tatiantel2. Should be taken into account for the minimum effect from ascendancy node. Will have to confirm in-game. Hey Guys, I've been pleasantly surprised by lightning tendrils while leveling and I keep lightning tendrils in my shortlist as a league starter. Maybe you could look at my PoBs! One is life based, the second one is a far tankier CI version which should be my lategame transition. Untested Update for 3.18 - I have not tested the above PoB. It should be a dramatic improvement in survival as its converts a lot of ele to 90% chaos resistance (and also has 90% chaos resistance). It loses about 40% of the DPS from the original, but honestly, that hardly matters as it is still >40M DPS. This is also a slight overestimate as punishment would not be active all the time. Hi, in search of skills to use with Ashes of the Stars i have found Phantasmal Lightning Tendrils . This is not a build guide, just a FYI for players looking for infos on Lightning Tendrils after the selfcast buff. Since Lightning Tendrils forces you to stand still and be in melee range for a long time, I would recommend Inquisitor, which lets you get super beefy.
