PoE Herald of Agony, Necromancer, Occultist builds

That fact that ball lightning hits every 150ms has always made me think it would be an interesting applicator for poison, but given lightning damage didn't really have any good way to do that I forgot about it.... Until I saw the new Voltaic Rift. I was just fooling around in POB and with literally no gear whatsoever (5 empty gear slots right now with no cluster or jewels/flasks) it's looking very easy to break 1M dps with the rift and a few historically reasonably priced uniques. Prolly use LMB with withering step or bone armour. I'd personally do Bone Armour For feeding frenzy, I'm not sure how reliant it is for dps. SRS/Skeles should be doable with simple bosses but too much micro for newbies. Skeles with minion speed is actually pretty nice, those fellas will dash into hell just to attack Spectre is an option but since there's no defensive option on tree, it should be dying very very often in any beefy rares/bosses. If you use LMB Bone Armour Your only normal cast when mapping is Storm Brand for Virulence/HoP resummon

So I saw this build on poe.ninja last week some time and unfortunately it has gone missing. The idea for the build was to use The Covenant along with two Consuming Dark's to convert most fire to chaos, and then channel Incinerate to trigger Bodyswap to move around. I'm not the greatest at making my own builds but I've taken a couple ideas and I'm trying to merge them together. For defence I feel that utilizing "While Stationary" effects sounds quite promising, that is why I have added Natural Affinity, and why I am also using Arctic Armour. When it comes to scaling damage, I am pretty lost.

So ever since the anomalous quality for Crackling Lance was released I wanted to try to make a poison Cracklance build. Never really worked out so far because there was no way (I knew of) to get quality high enough, however now with the new Dialla's Malefaction it might just work out. It probably won't be really good, I just want a version that works decent enough. This obviously won't be a cheap build, but rather something I'd want to work towards later in the league (it needs Ashes of the Stars after all). But I was wondering if someone could take a look and give some thoughts on what could
