In this Path of Exile 3.20 Sanctum League video, I am showcasing a mostly final version of my Blade Vortex Occultist build. It is very fast to level and very satisfying to play with many explosions from Obliteration and Profane Bloom. It is also very tanky, with high armor, evasion, spell suppress, and 40% Mind Over Matter.
