PoE Melee, Simulacrum builds with custom stat filters

Hi, so I'm pretty new to build making and decided I would finally try and create my own build. Overall I love tanky builds that can do respectable damage doesn't need to be massive. I love the pillar of the caged god and the way some champions have been using perseverance to scale there armor/evasion has inspired me to make a tanky boy build.
