PoE CaptainWraeclast builds

PoB: Meme project after I hit 40/40. This build is only good for Simulacrum (debatable), deep Delve and nothing else. I finished wave 30 at level 76 and did it deathless at level 82. Build costs 15 ex (25 with the scepter).
