Looking for suggestions on an Occultist Cold-BV league starter. Budget: low (Mostly spending for 2 strong prefixes on staff) If you've got suggestions on where to take it for min-maxing, that would also be great; I'm coming back after a couple of leagues so I'm \rusty\ - should I go powercharges with 2x Void Battery? Something else? etc - I expect I'll want to respec eventually once I can craft/purchase decent cluster jewels, but don't want to assume I'll be getting them pre-red maps. I found one on my first char and wanted to see if I could do something for the event, but I'm terrible at creating builds. I went away from Templar because I don't think crit is particularly easy to gear, so I wanted to try Chieftain with CwC fire conversion (PF trigger, WoC in weapon). DPS on this is like 400k and defenses are nearly non-existent. I could go glancing but would need a life on block shield I think. Any thoughts (including "this is terrible please stop") is appreciated.

PoB: I got inspired by another post which was talking about this concept, so here is an idea for league starting with Arma Brand and Fire Burst. Not very experienced crafter so I am not sure if the staff might be a bit hard to get with Fire Burst, but I think you can get this build going without Fire Burst at first.
