Low life Exsanguinate (cheap build) - Path of Exile (3.14 Ultimatum)

My starter build for Ultimatum league using petrifying blood and low life felt surprisingly tanky. It was mostly an experiment and in the end this cheap version was lacking damage against T16 bosses, but Exsanguinate combined with chain support was pretty satisfying and good for clear speed.
