PoE Blade Vortex builds without Ascendant, Scion with custom stat filters

Here is the PoB: The Bv and Spectral helix are there to represent backups, I know the tree isn't correct for BV but it's easy to readjust it for that. I'm planning on starting out as spectral helix till I can get a redeemer chest with frenzy on hit. I purposefully put some of the configs a little lower because I think it will reflect a more accurate reality than perfect conditions. I found voltaxic burst after testing out spells I haven't played and really liked it. I tried making a build for it, and for the first time I managed to make a build that feels good for T16 clear. So I wanted to share since it's off meta and can handle AN and the current 3.19 changes. I've been taking the league really slow so I haven't run a lot of the end game bosses yet, but it had no issues with Guardians, Searing, Eater, Elder, and mastermind. I've been working on a PoB for a Lightning Conduit build that doesn't require using multiple skills. Just run through the map and press one button to kill packs. This is achieved by using Choir of the Storm and having 100% crit chance on Lightning Conduit. In addition, when running into a new pack, they should be shocked by Lightning Bolt, which is triggered by Herald of Thunder having a high crit chance. Just in case we need a little more coverage, we can also use Fire Burst on hit with elemental proliferation to further spread shock every 1s. Make sure your cast speed doesn't go over 5

POB (edited after feedback): POB (original): POB only works on desktop client, web one doesn't have skills for some reason. This was originally a BV/EK Stormwall into Fulcrum full conversion build, but then they removed Stormwall so I had to change plans or be left without being able to league start. This is now a Lightning Conduit Agnerod into Fulcrum build that uses BV with Shaper of Storms to shock everyone 7.5 times a second, and Lightning Conduit to deal damage

After I've posted about Evasion and Armour Based Attack Builds, I thought I would theorize about Armour Based Spellcasters too. I've taken the Standard Inquisitor Spellcaster and worked on its defensive properties a bit - this recycles mostly defensive concepts from the previous posts but I feel like its worth showcasing nonetheless. This is a BV Inquisitor leveraging Phys taken as Element, perma Utility Flask Uptime and some moderate Armour Investment to achieve 0,15 phys Damage Taken multiplier vs a 10k phys hit and under 0.2 dam
