This build aint cheap it needs around a 100ex to get going and you will need 200+ to make it "perfect". Still a lot less then a mageblood A few words to this build: No explosion or freeze via helmet, we have too much dps. With 6 cast per sec and 9 chains per cast screens are deleted instant. What we can frezze we 1-shot anyway. 60% shock might feel like a paper scam, but we have ~110% ailment boost, to bring it down to normal numbers its a 21% shock, with 7.5 million dps per hit I think its ok Layzyness we need the +1 to power charges on both rings and +1 on

5.3 mil should be tanky, super fast, easy to put in melding, anyone want to expand on this: replica restless ward, badge of the brotherhood and rest is random gear, 40c ele claw etc

Hi all, I have made a very expensive piece of dirt; The character is not assembled, I have the replica Farrul's, forbidden set, and the 93 champion for the build. I have 20 ex for the transition, the synthesized rings are mostly for show. Any ideas on improvement? Or should I scrap it? Also, I did not know what to do for the CoC discharge setup, any ideas to improvement very welcome!

Let me preface this masterpiece of a build by saying that I grinded super hard early league, and now that it's died down a bit and I'm a bit burnt out atm I decided to "min-max" the ultimate meme build: Cast on Death. I wanted to take this silly support gem and make something other than just a portal for squishy MFers, so I did some thinking about what I could possibly do to maximize damage, and only one gem came even close: DISCHARGE. So far ive made some decent progress in the build, its just shy of 1mil avg hit and 7mil full dps (20 stack release), and essentially maxed block (74% attack block sadly so 1% off max.) and it has 100% crit rate. The only real issue is its going to be a pain to build, not because its made of crazy expensive items, but because its an all unique item build (minus the belt), because every piece has to be corrupted for the defenses to work and it would be a massive pain to craft and risk bricking a bunch of rares. So I'm looking for any tips or advice to better optimize this build essentially.
