50% shock is accurate on Shaper pretty consistently. Could scale up even more but I'm happy with the build.

Not a "cheap" build but you could make a very effective version of this for less investment

Just to note that PoB dps is actually less than practical DPS. Bare minimum you're getting 2 overlaps with spell cascade and I think in some cases three depending on boss hit box and positioning.
