PoE Chaos Inoculation, Witch, Bossing builds

Hello, I've seen a lot of folks trying to make a CoC FR and I want to share some knowledge about the exact stat values you want to strive for. I think people understand the theory behind how cast on crit works but maybe don't have a mental picture of what that translates to stat requirement wise. I know there are many excellent guides out there and I would defer to them where possible. Hello fellow exiles! I would like to share with you a build idea I had for this league and tell you of the performance I 've seen so far with mid to high investment. The build : When reading the patch notes and seeing that CwC would receive a nerf of 40% less damage to compensate for the buffs to hand casting I thought that instead of using the usual trigger of Cyclone for CwC what if we used 2 spells that could combine with each other.
