The EleCOCtalist Project is a huge success and i've gotta bring it down to ya'll...it's the STRONGEST COC i ever played (in term of Balanced DPS & DEF) ! This build melts ALL and yes i mean ALL CONTENT easily :)

What makes this build my strongest CoC?

• Perfectly balanced Resist (wise oak abuse)
• Perfect clearspeed (bomber)
• Perfect single target DPS (Melts all bosses, and even 100% simu)
• Perfect DEF with high ES, CI, Flesh and Stone(Blind), Block & Dodge, Chill & Freeze everything!

【Why Elementalist over Assassin in 3.13?】

• Elementalist's convergence is a huge DPS & AOE boost, which makes it more flexible when gearing up clusters(without investing so much AOE)
• Elemental Aegis is a huge DEF, plus if you're CI like me, you're GOD !
• Since u have AOE buffs from elementalist, you only need to invest on CRIT clusters (which gives super much Damage - Pressure points + Magnifier = B.i.S)
