PoE Tornado Shot builds with custom stat filters

Hey! I don't like headhunter (or MF), so I put together a TS build with Mageblood for farming whispjuiced t16s. It's mostly cobbled together from Tuna's and Fubgun's versions and random stuff on poe.ninja. It already does it pretty comfortably, but I have more divines than brains, so wondered if you guys can see any obvious inefficiencies. Hi! How can i improve my TS Deadeye? I have invested about 10 div into my build. The clear is really nice, however i lack single target. I see people get millions of DPS on the same budget as me, meanwhile my PoB shows about 200k dps (Is it true or am I missing something?) Right now i have 10div in my stash. Should I invest it now, or try to get like 30+ div to respec into omniscience? PoB link:

I'm following this build. POB I do zero damage and it would be nice to be able to do some damage to the titanic shells when they brick the run. Are there any weapon/gem combos that alone, would provide enough dps to kill the things? Budget would be something like 20D max.

I don't know why I did it. Been slowly improving the survavibilty of my TS until this version was created. 1) 90 res is melding + stacking 19 max cold res. +8 max res from warrior's tale in the top-left spot, +6 from purity of ice with 50% increased aura effect, +2 from unnatural instinct, +3 from random passives (which also help to stack projectiles) 2) To cap this res I have to use mageblood + one full "prefix" and suffix of resistances.
