I've been slowly crafting/building it this league. Just wanted to create something durable for 80% deli altars farming, without Omni or other stuff. Budget is VERY high, at least mageblood+. I also have a cool bow

This build features:

• 5400 HP
• 45k armour
• 32k evasion with +7% to evade chance from watcher's eye, and blind-on-hit.
• 100% suppression cap with very little passive points wasted thanks to a keystone rolled to Magebane with the new journey tattoo.
• 79/82/81 max res, can get extra +2 on the chest if you prefer that over aura effect.
• Immune to bleeding (helmet mastery), corrupted blood (jewel implicit), poison (ring implicit), avoid all elemental ailments, 100% curse reduction. Can swap 1 elemental mastery for 100% reduction on reflected damage and do reflect maps.
• 295% movespeed
• 50%+ overcapped lightning and cold resistances for comfortable blue altar farming.
• instant leech + life on kill for giga life replenish.
• Sometimes berserk for less damage taken
• Can swap life flask for Progenesis for total of 70% chaos res and 25% less damage taken, if you like the playstile and don't mind spending another 30div.

Damages:

• 13 arrows (without GMP), 1 projectile DPS is 4ml per second, 5 arrows hitting in full DPS (probably more in reality due to Ricochet, and more on big targets).

• PoB setup is Pinnacle, have killed recently, max projectile travel distance (70), low rage and shock value, all charges because Manaforged Arrows, Sniper's mark activated. You can use Blood Rage for 25% inc attack speed.

• New unique ring gives 12 seconds of 5 rage regen per second (wtih 20s cooldown). With additional rage on gloves (1 rage every 0.7s of hitting) you can activate berserk quite often in maps for 50% more DPS.

• I'm only using this setup in maps. For dedicated bossing, it's probably better to change some gear.

You can also probably skip like half of the budget and just use the Fourth Vow + timeless jewel, like Ben_ did last league; it will lose you some HP and damage, but it should be better for the survivability. I just like using rare gear because you can handcraft it.

Caution: PoB shows the Magebane rolled over Perfect Agony (which is correct), however activating it still activates the Perfect Agony. I deactivated it and manually put Magebane in the config. This requires you to have 1 more passive point invested in the tree.
