Contributing factors to survival include a 3.7k life pool with Petrified Blood, Progenesis (30% increased effect via Tincture), Defiance of Destiny (optional swap), Cloak of Flame (optional swap), Sap (Secrets of Suffering), Debilitate (Punishment gem), Berserk, instantly capping 4 Endurance charges, CWDT Immortal Call with ~75%+ Evasion. High recovery via instant leech off Warlord's Mark +0.4% global attack life leech, level 23 Vitality & 30 Life on Hit (Watcher's mod). Also a plethora of Headhunter buffs when ramped up. Not to mention a strict map regex (shown here) ► "!tal d|f ph|gen|tun|d el|rses|s rec|kes|% ma" oj

After the recording of this video, I've since made the swap from pure Ele to Phys-to-Ele Tornado Shot, which does roughly 2-3x more damage when fully ramped up. I mention this because it's had a major impact on survivability as well. Simply doing more damage goes a long ways.
