PoE Righteous Fire, Delve builds

With all the flak 3.19 got, i wanted to share my experience of it, from a casual, 5-15 hours per week point of view. Builds i played were quite meta, but with probably less effort put on them than average player. The gear does reflect it, but there are couple items i got very lucky, and happy with. Probably pretty average result you might get given the same amount of time played. Gearing was quite tough early on, as before the soft nerf on arch-nem crafting was almost non-existant with my starter RF. Essences were scarce, harvest was gutted and drops were low. Things I swapped out specifically for this fight Frostblink for lightning warp. Cooldown on frostblink is too high for his otemba phase. Shield charge isn't fast enough after a few of those phases. Woke spell cascade for anomalous conc effect. Needed more damage than coverage as I was barely getting 2 overlaps with woke cascade on. Edit : POB -

For automod: This build is a dragon I've been chasing since failing to get Jungroan's doublecoc witch working because I was poor and skimped on all the important bits. This is it running like a headless chicken away from an all at once, ~150% quant Hidden. It's hard to pob the damage, but it's somewhere past 15m altogether I think. I found one on my first char and wanted to see if I could do something for the event, but I'm terrible at creating builds. I went away from Templar because I don't think crit is particularly easy to gear, so I wanted to try Chieftain with CwC fire conversion (PF trigger, WoC in weapon). DPS on this is like 400k and defenses are nearly non-existent. I could go glancing but would need a life on block shield I think. Any thoughts (including "this is terrible please stop") is appreciated.
