To start off, don't play this if you love yourself. It'll most likely ruin your league start. The basic idea is simple. I'm looking at some other Poison Spark Occultists on poe.ninja and trying to figure out how their DPS is so much higher than mine. I've never sat down and made a build from complete scratch. First attempt, just wanted to see if I could find something to abuse the new battlemage inquisitor.
