I'm looking at some other Poison Spark Occultists on poe.ninja and trying to figure out how their DPS is so much higher than mine.

I've got a couple questions on where to go from here:

• I'm seeing a lot of use of Steady Torment. I'm sure I'm missing something super obvious. But for the life of me, I cannot figure out where bleeding is being applied from.

• Big differences in gear I'm seeing are Grand Spectrum jewels & weapon. Even adding these to my PoB I'm not able to push my DPS to 36m, I can only get to like 16m

• I'm also noticing a lot of folks using Profane Proxy instead of a Iolite Ring or a Circle of Nostalgia. Is that a huge DPS gain to be worth that slot?

• For single target DPS, how much pierce do I need? I currently only have +1, is there value in going to +2 and beyond?
