Hi friends! I really want to make flameblast work without totems. If someone can give me some feedback on my PoB I made, that'd be great. I'll value and appreciate any feedback. PoB \- The thought process was as follows Problem \- Flameblast needs a lot of cast speed and mana so I can maybe make it feel good Solution \- Use Instruments of Zeal to get mana regen plus 75% cast speed. Guard skill: Arcane Cloak is offensive, Immortal Call is defensive. If you get Jugg or maybe the Deflection node, End Charges should be easily supplied so IC's cost should be largely negligible. Archmage: Fireball used because of high damage effectiveness. Cast speed is bypassed via CWDT. AoE is unnecessary because this is a bossing setup (though adds might mess this up, but Fireball has a little AoE iirc). Hello, I'm kind of theorycrafting a fireball flamewall build. Fireball to map fast, and Firewall to use against boss. I want the life / Block / Armor / Staff build, to get, I think, good survivability. Look at the LL build in items and tree for a realistic view of the build (around 20-30 ex to get there, so nothing impossible). End of league project. Wanted to try a different approach on this item combination. The Cwc Arc Setup is basically enough for clearing T16s rather comfy and so I focussed on getting cdr, 10 aps and 100% hit chance to proc Mjölner as often as possible. Couple of thoughts right off the bat: No Herald of Purity, just because for it to be worth I feel like would take up too much mana that could be used being tankier or boosting the Sentinels 96 is getting up there for sure... I'd probably start by dropping Enduring Bond since it's a pretty small damage boost. Would losing that much duration hurt? Build is really, really fun, but also very weak damage against bosses while also being a glass cannon. The clear, even in T14 maps, was actually pretty ok. Main problem is the amount of investment into damage, Armour, and Life (scaling a lot off of Strength) only to find that it's not enough for either damage or survivability. Likely held back on the focus on primarily scaling damage via Strength, physical damage, and elemental damage (all kinds thanks to conversion, especially Fire though), since all my damage is affected by these types.
