PoE Ephemeral Edge, Slam builds without Lightning Strike

Ever since the Timeless Jewel Chainbreaker Keystone rework last league (Grants 1 Rage regenerated for every 25 Mana Regeneration per second) I've wanted to make a mana-regen stacking character that takes advantage of nearly permanent berserk. This seems too challenging with available sources of flat mana per second, so mana stacking was the way I chose. Berserk favors attacks so Mind of the Council was a no brainer. A few people have been talking about the potential of ephemeral edge, trying to work around the low attack speed. One way to not care about attack speed is to do ignite build. This has several big more multipliers, a decently fun playstyle if you don't mind slow slamming, big aoe from elementalist and huge tanky potential from a fat ES pool. It also scales very well with gear. Warning: super slow attacking melee build, certainly not for everyone (it might even just be unplayable).
