Not too off-meta this time around, but this is a culmination of combining popular mechanics from other builds that still makes for a very satisfying build.

It's very similar gear-wise to Eviscerate builds or even Phys DoT builds that have min-maxed armor affixes, but this build is able to do pretty much all main content with a relatively low budget while having a lot of scaling with expensive upgrades.
