PoE League Starter, Travel, Bossing builds

This is not a league starter, or mapper, or bosser. Don’t run this build! Stop reading now, and definitely don’t play it all league like I did… lol I have LW in replica stampede (80% more damage for travel skills), sporeguard (fungal ground=defense and explode), choir of the storm (crit chance and DPS with LB) Specs \- Inquisitor \- LW 1.5 - 2.5 mdps \- Lightning bolt .54-.69 (I’m not sure about the DPS of this, it’s unclear if I can double it like LW??) \- Life 4,253 \- eHP 59,160 \- pMH 37,573 \- fMH 29,051 \- cMH 23,240 \- lMH 29,051 \- cMH 6,281 \- Block 29/57

-------------------------------------------------------- FOREWORD AND NOTES: This build has been adjusted for the great nerfening of builds from the 3.15 patch notes. The bad news is that this build lost a lot of damage, but the good news is that we get multistrike with Shield Charge and it should make this skill good enough. I am currently assuming that Shield Crush will have the same bonus damages apply as Shield Charge, in which it got changed to 4 to 6 from 3 to 4. It is also possible that Shield Crush will have the same bonus damages as Spectral Shield Throw, in which that got changed

-------------------------------------------------------- FOREWORD AND NOTES: This is a tweaked build from u/Spandauer2129 because I got bored and wanted to see if it was league start viable. Barring Patch Notes nerfing everything to the ground, I think this is a decent starter. This build was made on 7/17 BEFORE Patch notes. If this is popular enough, I will make better versions and see how far I can push it. I plan on making adjustments to the build once patch notes hit and we get the 3.15 passive tree.
