This is BAMA Build / Blink Arrow Mirror Arrow / Necromancer
Those Boots Give Lots of Damage But you will have 50% MS all the Time This means No Quicksilver and Silver Flask ! With Spectral Leader supported By More Duration Support We can have 20% Action Speed All the Time and Get More Speed !
The Chest has a Downside if you go More than 50% chaos Res your minions will DIE The helmet makes your Minions That have Crit Recently Will take 20 % of HP as Choas Damage And Spectral Leaders do not attack or use Damaging Spells So we can have Them alive all the time
Not sure what other Spectre we can use maybe branite .... (20% phys as extra lightning ) well if the Spectre crits, His gonna die
