I'm a sucker for perma flasks and wanted to try hexblast mines (seems like it will be good for sanctum and league mechanic which is what I want to do) so I made a POB for it and it kinda looks good. - feel free to steal and modify if interested or provide feedback on why it isn't very good. So I've been playing selfcast Hexblast ignite as an Inquisitor for my league starts for quite some time now, and I decided to take it to endgame. Ended up going Occultist and converting Ignite damage to Chaos with Blackflame and about 15m Ignite DPS (100m total damage per ignite). The character is very tanky as it has 90% all res, maxblock and is CI with Incandescent Heart for Extra Ele damage mitigation.
