POB for the character being showcased: ~~POB for a general guide including leveling:~~ ~~ Updated guide with personal findings: Leveling was done using Rain of Arrows + Artillery Ballista. You can start using manaforge as early as level 8, but I wouldn't rely on it for damage until mana problems are solved with a Thief's Torment (minimum level 30). Early lifetap is NOT recommended. After some tinkering with PoB, talking to other build creators on discord, a lot of back and forth, I finally finished this build and tested it in Standard on a LVL 95 Character (but with the level 90 Skilltree from this PoB). I had a slightly better Bow from Scourge, but the rest of the gear was very comparable. &x200B; I killed The Feared, Maven, Sirius, Elder, Shaper and Uber Elder with it and ran some maps. &x200B; Boss damage is amazing, easily in the Top 5 of builds I have made myself so far. &x200B; But that is not the best thing about it; the clear is SCREEN WIDE a
