Storm Rain could be insane, or trash, I'll update you guys as soon as I can actually play it.
Preliminary Pob: As of this recording, Storm Rain is not on Pob so I did Lightning Arrow and put a less dmg mutliplier on my belt, remove that if you are from the future. https://pastebin.com/SxzeHunT
