Preliminary Pob: As of this recording, Storm Rain is not on Pob so I did Lightning Arrow and put a less dmg mutliplier on my belt, remove that if you are from the future. https://pastebin.com/SxzeHunT
If this fails go for either a Lightning Trapper or Arc Mines, there's some good build guides out there on those already.
