We hit day 5 and have made several changes to my poe 3.13 ritual leagues start. The build is more survivable while still doing an absurd amount of damage, It is possible my stronges build yet for early game damage. It uses Toxic rain attaced to mines.

I spent arount 2.5 ex on gear an fixed some manor issues. I also kill Atziri.
