[POE *OUTDATED*] Toxic Rain Miner Build Guide (Saboteur) - Great League Start for Ritual

Here is the build guide for my league starter for poe 3.13 Rutual League(Echoes of the Atlas Expansion ) toxic rain Miner. Its a Saboteur and does really nice Damage. Works on a budget or can be scaled for obscene damage through investment. There is an update video for this build.

There has been a minor nerf to toxic rain as follows. Toxic Rain

The spread range of spore pods from Toxic Rain is now affected by Area of Effect modifiers. This means that having higher Area of Effect causes the resulting spore pods to spread out more. The base spread range of the spore pods has also been slightly lowered Each Spore Pod now applies 5% less Movement Speed to nearby Enemies (previously 10%), to a maximum of 30% (previously 60%).

This could reduce overlap chance of spore pods. Conc effect may also now be better than void manip, Will require some experimentation to prove eigther way. Do let me know if you think a switch back to conc will be better. Remember I played the leauge with conc affect most of the way through with no damage issues which will have harmed my overlap. Survivability by means of slow has been halved, don't envisage this being a major problem for survivability as we get a tonne of slow for the asendancey.
