PoE Ruthless, Melee builds

Hey, wanted to give a detailed account of my first day with Exerted Volcanic fissure Chieftain, here my profile since I don't have access to pob right now. Leveling 1-12: Ground Slam - Chance to bleed - Ruthless / Intimidate - Blood and Sand - War banner: was fine a little bit on the slow side, nothing special. 12-38: Volcanic Fissure - Elemental damage with attacks - Added fire / Intimidate (for bosses) - Seismic Cry (for clear) / Herald of Purity - Herald of Ash - Blood Sand: I have seen that most people playing V

Cross post to a post i made in r/poeruthelss take into account this is an idea for ruthless and try not to mock me too hard, i know im supremely high on copium/hopium. I made a thing: Smite Trickster Energyblade. Take it with a huuuge grain of salt when it shows 3 support links and all auras i want, gear is unstatted and the attack mastery is a placeholder for tribal fury mastery. I really.. really.. want smite to be a thing for me this league, even in ruthless, so i fell opon this thing that might not be absolute horseshit.

So, i managed to get my hands on Hateforge and thought id try to get it going like back in Ultimatum. PoB: Very unoptimized and still low level, not meant to be more than a proof of concept for now. The main idea is to use flask effect, reduced duration and dual wield the ultimatum weapon to get 100% uptime on VLS. Because the Sceptre has very low attack damage, im using covenant for big base damage. Stun mechanics This build culumates a total o 308% reduced enemy stun threshold, which is applied (due to its formula when over 75%) as about 97.5% Sirus has 70mil HP or so, we hit him, on avarage, for over 1 mil damage, which amounts to an 77% stun chance which i'm sure can be feasebly pushed to 100% by actually taking the build seriously and increasing its damage.
