NOT A META BUILD.
I saw the bloodseeker buff, and wanted to mess around with it. A good roll (low range of rolls) can hit up to 400+ pdps. Also have it at 30% quality. I make use of a few mechanics to scale a lot of damage while hitting an insane amount of leech per second.

Why Jugg:
- Easy damage reduction with endurance charges.
- The best way to stay at low hp and not have to invest a lot into life, with the use of Unbreakable.
- Able to scale just a bit of accuracy and use precise technique. This is big, since I do not have the gear at week 1 or open points to scale crit. Effectively a lot of crit multi with very low investment.

Damage scaling:
- Precise technique is easy damage with Jugg.
- Double strike with bleed + Rage support + Poachers, adds a lot of flat phys to counter a low pdps weapon.
- Impale for another good bump to damage scaling. This helps a lot since claw nodes are not good for non-crit. Able to move all those points into impale and have left for fortify
- Berserk is added to the build, however not ticked in pob for better clarity of damage.
- Hate totems, but need them on bosses.
Defensives:
- Jugg has so much to offer, but the best part is the Unbreakable. It opens up the spell suppression need and make the start a bit cheaper.
- Fortify cluster with the mastery of melee hits generate fortify. Combined with a lot of physical overwhelm, fortification will stay around 20 stacks most of the time.
- The biggest Defensive layer, 45K leech rate with bloodseeker. Only a bit of leach nodes, nets us an insane amount of leech.

Please look through the pob and if you have any advice, do let me know. This is my first time posting a full build I want to try. Main reason is I want to kill uber atziri, and me being bad at times, do not want to deal with the reflection. So we just leach it out. Clear will be weird with the strike changes, but will want to test out the splash.

EDIT: https://pastebin.com/fXG8zfxT a quick edit for using a gladius, Scaeva. Using a bit of regen, it will not feel close to the final pob with bloodseeker, just 1.5mil dps. But I believe it functions as a proof on concept with a low dps weapon.
EDIT 2: https://pastebin.com/291hGWGX Full Endgame tree + Gear. Just check between the trees and gear. It ends up at 10 mil dps. Not that much with the added items, however full ailment immunity and a lot more speed. Should feel really good as the max ele hit is about 150k without molten shell up. If you drop some damage and take max ele nodes, you end up at 450k max hit with molten up.
