PoE League Starter builds with custom stat filters

With the new recoup nodes, I really want to take advantage of the Forbidden Rite. Any feedback is more than welcomed, thinking of making this my league start. What are your thoughts.

I'm wondering what you guys think, and if there's a better angle to approach it. This is assuming we get Energy Blade with something like 200% snapshotted ES into Max Added Lightning Damage; see the custom modifier on the energy sword to represent this.

Just got done making my first build for 3.16, figured I'd share. This is NOT a league starter, you will have to do a starter build (probably necro DD) to get the gear to play it. Flasks and stats on rares, excluding required (or really good) rolls, are left blank to be filled as you wish. Rare stats will be maximizing energy shield, capping resists, capping stat reqs, getting minion life rolls, and getting chaos gem levels or chaos damage. Anyone wanna try to optimize this bad boy. The arctic armor and + 25 spell block in config is to simulate the new tempest shield. I am planning to league start a CoC build this league, having never played one before. Bit of a personal challenge and a project to work towards.
