PoE Melee builds with custom stat filters

I wanted to league start a build that I could clear all the game's content with without re-rolling another character since I hate leveling through the campaign so much. Rough idea of the build, just the framework. I've had this idea for a couple leagues now, basically it's about how you can trigger Infusion for skills you are not actually channelling by triggering Infusion with for example Cyclone, while having a seperate Infusion setup with channelling skills of other damage tag types. The medium cluster notable "Rapid Infusion" gives 50% inc effect of Infusion, so for example from 10% more dmg of supported gems dmg type tag to 15%. Hello, I am LS champ farming del + beyond but feels not enough damage when hit end of maps. I cant do blights in LS, that means minus beyond mobs. Feels like i need some explode build for that. How much invest should i expect for build? Like TS omni. Actually is there anything better than TS's? I know BV is nuts but much expensive right?

I don't really have any experience with making my own builds; I was interested in replaying the Strength Stacker that Zizaran originally made with Mahuxotl's Machination; with the build being both tanky and able to do a fair amount of damage with Vaal Ground Slam;. I wanted to use Blunderbore and The Gull with this to make use of shrines. I have tried referencing the PoB for the build and with some new items such as Melding I tried to make the build as tanky whilst also blocking.
