I wanted to make a build that could facetank most if not all the Uber bossfights. I unintentionally (I swear I'm not usually this bad) played as poorly as I could in this compilation and got bailed out by the build. This build revolves around the keystone Transcendence and 100% of physical damage from hits taken as elemental damage.

With recombinators, it is now possible to have multiple temple mods on a helmet. This allows me to hit 100% physical damage taken as without the use of Purity of Elements for 24% from Watcher's Eye. These are my sources of physical damage taken as:
28% from helmet (2x temple mod, delve mod, eldritch implicit)
15% from chest (essence mod prefix)
28% from Dawnbreaker
20% from Tasalio
10% from Watcher's Eye
Instead of going the Loreweave + Purity of Elements route, I opted for max resist with Melding of the Flesh. This comes at a huge opportunity cost - this build could have much more damage (see Ruetoo's LS Zerker) or much more hp if you don't want to take that tradeoff. I have a total of +25% max fire resist which combined with Transcendence gives me 85% max resist. These are my sources:
9% from Purity of Fire
4% from passive tree
3% from Megalomaniac
3% from Leadership's Price
3% from chest (eldritch implicit)
2% from boots (eldritch implicit)
1% from Circle of Anguish
This mitigation allows me to ramp Boneshatter to high stacks, as not only do I not have to move as much during fights, I also can handle the self-damage. Recovery is the main weakness of this build (very evident during Exarch, Sirus and Maven if you get hit by the regen disable). While I don't have access to overleech, I do still run Defy Pain for increased armor and higher recovery from leech, and I also have a bit of recoup on gear (ring and eldritch implicit on helmet) and life regeneration.
To assist with clear speed, I take Tribal Fury, which along with the eldritch implicit on gloves and Ancestral Cry allows me to target 5 additional nearby enemies with Boneshatter from a decent range (thanks to the attack mastery). However, clear speed is still mediocre at best (see W30 Simulacrum for example), and suffers even more if you roll a stun-immune map.
It was a pretty fun build. I could pretty much map stress free without ever dying in juiced maps solo even with the Exarch altar keystone and Eater altar keystones. Damage was only ever an issue when a boss was unusually mobile (Sirus). The only thing I'm missing is shock immunity, which I'm too lazy to roll for on jewel implicits.
I was still unable to tank Maven's nucleus explosion, Uber Exarch's explosion (when he says "Incineration") and Uber Eater's slam (if you fail the mechanic). I'm fairly certain that a juiced Uber Eater is the hardest boss in the game, unless you play a one-shot build. Thanks to /u/Butsicles for helping out with build optimization!
