PoE Berserker, Flicker Strike, League Starter builds

Thanks all for the feedback on my Ahn's might build from earlier. I do appreciate it. I have went a different route based on feedback and came up with what is less DPS but should be easier to gear (no enlighten etc.) and a bit more tanky without the Abyssus. There is less DPS overall however. Thanks!

True league start - Dual Sword Cyclone Berserker My goal is to make a true league start build that is cheap to get up and rolling and can make reasonable gains over time in both defense and DPS. Several leagues past I enjoyed the Dual Ahn's Might / no Frenzy charge style but wanted to see if I could get modern day DPS out of it budget wise (which in my mind is 1mil DPS against a boss physical) The final goal would be easily running yellow to low tier red maps for farming. Would love feedback. Thanks!

Made myself a build I'll be leaguestarting so I wanted to share it with you guys. It's a strength and accuracy stacking berserker with blunderbore and gull to make mapping smooth and second sight from timeless jewel to get enough crit to play blitz comfortably. Any feedback is welcome!

From what we've seen so far, do you guys think zerker with rage and impale would be a good choice for 3.19? Here's a quick pob I threw together (not sure if I'm calculating the dps of it correctly but it looks promising). Perhaps the new buffed chieftain node will also make fire conversion good, but I doubt it will change a lot. Doesn't need anything special, just a decent axe. I think it will be a good league starter and ssf build, but I'm worried about defences. But then again defences are getting gutted so may as well go full

I started building a new league starter (hopefully no balance changes to SC) and think that I have a pretty refined idea for budget Shield Crush utilizing some cheap uniques. Watchers Eye (Single Mod) is really the only item that may be expensive to work towards as a goal in the first week, but impale is pretty non-meta right now. Overall nothing too crazy or innovative but think its worthy of a league start. POB has no cluster, gem quality, flasks, Eldritch mods, or berserk buff.
