PoE Witch, League Starter, Chaos builds

I ran this build as my league starter in 3.17 when ashes was easy to get, I loved the clear speed I got from this as well as how tanky it felt vs bosses so I farmed a lot of uber elders with it, not really invincible but with divine flesh and few phys damage reduction sources not much could one shot it at that time. I kinda wanna do the same build for my second or third build for this league with new Vaal Caustic arrow but not sure how meta has changed and what is new, skipped most of Sentinel and Kaladnra leagues. I could not find all the gear pieces that i used but missing ones were nothing

First off, let me get this out of the way. This isn't going to be a meta build, there's probably better selfcast builds than this too, and i'm sure mines will do better damage. I just hate mines and don't want to play it, and wanted to see what I can do with Archmage on leaguestart. Also many of the more popular ways to scale hexblast involve some very expensive uniques, and since most traditional archmage items are relatively cheap (Ivory Tower <5c launch day). Make sure you pick the right tree, gear set and skills (disable others) for whatever part of the build you're at, also change doom accordingly (30 is base) If you want to use Berek's Respite or Abberath's Hooves, make sure you're not using Ignite Proliferation or it breaks the chains. Get Singularity when you can, otherwise use an item like the rare wand in the PoB items Emperor's Vigilance is disgustingly strong and lets us have max spell/attack block until we go to staff with no downside from GB In transition, either enlighten main auras
