PoE Elementalist, Legion builds

Hi, So, I tried the Saboteur build and didn't really like it so I was gonna try my favorite ascendency, Elementalist. Does anyone have any suggestions for things to take a look at or test? I have a rough draft of a tree up to around \~90 here: The tech I'm hoping works is that Pyroclast Mines "pop" before firing the mortars a brief second later. I noticed that if you add flat damage to the skill this pop can chill and even freeze, which adds a neat pseudo-defensive layer. With Shaper of Winter we don't even need to add flat cold

Hi all, i really like deleting legions with vaal arc and the arc ignite mechanic. I was wondering if one could use heatshiver to take advantage of shaper of flame's extra damage if the hit is mostly fire damage. And we could use freeze by converting lightning damage to cold with call of the brotherhood rings. The problem is getting enough freeze to break bosses' ailment threshold. Currently my POB is at 10mil and i think 25 mil in the minimum? The POB is half baked right now. Anyone wanna help me theorycraft this :P ?

Leveling Tips Act 1 - 5 Rush Elemental Overload on skill tree, if needed pick up Health Mana nodes on right side of witch starter area, i go for life on top right first then branch left to templar area. Buy Minion damage / Infernal Legion support in Act1. Socket in Summon Skitterbots in Act 2. My fellow exiles, well-versed in the art of pob, I am looking for optimization on my Arc Ignite Elementalist. Trying to build a decently tanky character for legion farming (no bossing except Hillock), with the 100% more life sextant. It still rocks a cast on death portal.
