PoE The Stampede, Lightning builds

My character 7.6div build from (3.19)Lake of kalandra (cheap ES rings)

ailments: purity of elements or helmet reduced ignite dura + pantheon + charge mastery for shock stun: perfectionist cluster + 2x brutal restraint, perfectionist + chest craft but its a prefix, cyclone alt qual + pantheon, eva mastery + pantheon phys dmg: shield corrupt, ? mana: clarity + watchers, leech anoint or auxium leech, -cost on gear additional curse is huge, pick from tree, anathema, precursors

Been wanting to do this build for the last league or so but could not think in a nice way to do it. Finally i reached a point where the build is functional and here it is for u guys. Stampede is incredible for cycloning around like a trainwreck, arc make clear feels butter smooth. A work in progress but feels really nice to play &x200B;

Map Mods / Build Limits: Can't run Elemental Reflect and Physical Reflect maps Can't run Atziri or Uber Atziri due to reflect. Struggles to run maps with "Reduced flask charges gained". Can be fixed with by swapping one magic flask swap with The Overflowing Chalice. Struggles to run maps with "Players cannot regenerate Life, Mana, or Energy Shield" due to ES recovery needed to offset Blood Rage, and Mana Regeneration requirements. Storm Burst Inq ! why? cuz i wanted to try storm burst for quite a while now and now its got a buff! around 47% more damage, to simulate that i added 40% more dmg in the custom mods do note there are few gear setups, one with more league start in mind and the other with decent gear we go for secrets of suffering wep for brittle to cap crit and sap for defense grasping vines from the unique cluster jewel cuz storm burst is a stationary skill afterall, i never tried it so idk exactly how good/bad it is we run trinity thanks to hatred, good ol' determation grace & defiance banner and capping

POB: I made this build mainly trying to make a cool pain attunement low life build which it used both attacks and spells with the help of battlmage cry and to apply the increase to spell damage from indigon to attacks aswell. In the end i had to gave it up for many reasons like: having to interrupt cyclone to cast BMC, warcry speed isnt fast enough, cant get enough power and you put at risk if surrounded by enemies who can stun you to death, and so on... But now, i used the space of the BMC to use reckoning to apply conductivity
