PoE Sanctuary, Sanctum builds

I dropped said Body Armour early into the league and got very lucky 6-linking it. For those who don't know, it's the Heist Unique that lets you freeze with all damage at a higher effectiveness. Now what I'm trying to do is combining the strong freezes with high damage rolls of lightning skills and because I love the skill I'm going with Arc for the moment. Ever since the Timeless Jewel Chainbreaker Keystone rework last league (Grants 1 Rage regenerated for every 25 Mana Regeneration per second) I've wanted to make a mana-regen stacking character that takes advantage of nearly permanent berserk. Don't hate it's my 1st attempt at a build. 3,888,413 DPS for Frozen Sweep x 11 statues = 42,772,543 Thinking about switching up and using totems instead of Smite for Sanctum Runs. Anyways let me know what ya think.
