PoE Chance to Poison builds

I don't know if there's much new with this but I put together an assassin stacking flat chaos dmg on gear and chaos dmg % and multi on the tree. It takes Perfect Agony. In my own testing I found just putting the attack skill in the 6l to be mandatory for clear, and my DPS is about 2m with pretty shit gear. Before it gets voided, just wanted some feedback on a build I'm currently running on Endless Heist POB Only level 40 so far so it's not a full build So I started out wanting to go Poison Seismic Traps, but on the way wanted to try Impale Seismic Traps, then realised I couldn't really go Impale Seismic and went for Impale Blade Traps. If you arent tired of BV occultist yet, this build will probably destroy any delve content. You have 3 curses + grace + some spell supression + regen/recoup as a base defense. EB takes care of any mana concerns. You get something like 15% of life on kill which in delve happens all the time. you destroy all corpses and jumping spiders should be insta gibbed as long as BV is up. DPS can scale very easily on no items. If you wanna go fast other movement skills are an option and plage bearer lets you dash through all content i would be running this if i hadnt played B

First of all, pastebin: Trying to keep the gear in this as league-starty as possible. Grabbing some ailment immunity from purity of elements, and grabbing chaos res from the Golden Rule/Maw of Conquest combo. &x200B; I think there's some decent survivability, but I only am reaching around 600-700k dps. Any thoughts on improving?
