PoE Chance to Poison builds

Hexblast/Doom Blast utilizing a self-cast Despair (which is twice as effective with clusters) and 100% chance to poison (can be achieved thru several methods, I used Divergent HoA). Also, I didnt realize until lvl 90 that Impending Doom could be supported by support gems, so this PoB shows it now in a 5L. I'm using Punishment, Enfeeble, Temporal Chains in Vixen's Entrapment. I know, i know, Reaper is trash but hear me out :) Animate weapons play utility role (applying stuff like withered), and add much needed clear speed to Reaper. Right now im breaking in red maps and sailing is pretty smooth i'd say. When i added cruelty and soem other stuff to PoB i was around 900k dps (which is not precise of course). Im ready to throw some parts of it out but not sure which (probably triple offering idea) and i I would like to free all those travel points EB, but i'm not sure how to resolve mana issues, so if you ahve any advice on this - i would be grateful!
