3.20 The Forbidden Sanctum - The Build remains unaffected by the changes and will perform just as well as it did with previous leagues. Perfect for League Starting in 3.20 to progress into endgame comfortably.

3.19 Lake of Kalandra - Lost RmR Mastery but is made up with using 1 Small RmR Cluster adding an extra 30c cost max for switching to CI. Gained MORE Damage overall so its still SOLID for League Start & Endgame.

3.18 Sentinel - ZERO Changes to the Build so its still 100% Viable even as a League Starter in 3.18.

League starting this build seemed like it would be doomed for failure and I was sure to reroll a new character within 2 days, however it destroyed the entire campaign with just three 4 Links! The transition was really smooth from Shattering Steel to Herald of Agony at the end of Act 3 and once I hit maps as a Life Based HOAG Build it just kept delivering. After acquiring enough exalts to buy the Aegis Aurora I immediately transitioned to Chaos Inoculation and bought a Arakaali's Fang that enabled me to do any content while being speedy and face tanking boss mechanics. This is the most fun I have had in PoE for a long time aside from my Aura stacking necro ofc and couldn't be happier to share this detailed build guide on the Arachnophobia Herald of Agony Guardian!
