Can use lightning strike if don't want to use cyclone to stack instruments of zeal. Need to check to see if frenzy + hydrosphere works for stacking fanaticism and frenzy (because then that's bis imo) we don't want inc duration on arcane surge because it needs to be up every 4 seconds

Ever since Inquisitor ascendancy was revealed I've been trying to come up with a way to use Fanatic. So, ever since the announcement I've been glancing towards the Battlemage and Fanaticism nodes of the Inquisitor tree and decided to try and conjure up a quick idea for a build using those two. While perhaps a little unconventional, I decided to go for Frostbolt and Ice Nova, coupling it with a Debeon's Dirge.
