< I posted this as a few comments in threads earlier this week as a response to possible league starters. After giving it a trial run I'm pretty sure this will be my start. Pathed to cold conversion as opposed to phys to lightning support as i had earlier, this helped defensively and wasn't really losing damage. Too much cold to go trinity though unfortunatly. Theorycrafted this build around the cheap Consuming dark daggers, ideal for league start. Capped spell suppression, decent critical strike chance, 4k life and 3k Energy shield. No armour whatsover (need flasks to fix this). Cast speed rolls might be a bit generous. Onslaught boots to further maximize your cast speed for really smooth gameplay. Higher Evasion rating would be desirable. Reminds me of chaos incinerate occultist in 3.3 which felt pretty great, maybe I try this as a second character. Edit: if you swap in Immolate

So far ive made some decent progress in the build, its just shy of 1mil avg hit and 7mil full dps (20 stack release), and essentially maxed block (74% attack block sadly so 1% off max.) and it has 100% crit rate. The only real issue is its going to be a pain to build, not because its made of crazy expensive items, but because its an all unique item build (minus the belt), because every piece has to be corrupted for the defenses to work and it would be a massive pain to craft and risk bricking a bunch of rares. So I'm looking for any tips or advice to better optimize this build essentially.

I know that the upcoming changes in 3.16 are going to change everything but this is the tankiest CI build I 've ever made so far and wanted to share. Damage is pretty low though. Advice on how I could improve it is welcome. Here's the pob link:
