• Inpulsa + Storm's Gift + AOE = Goku Clearspeed
• Decent DPS & speed
• Pump more cast speed so that overall gameplay feels..smoother
• Lightning Warp basically can clear weak packs *Has huge potential to ONE SHOT end game bosses if min-maxed
