Looking to take advantage of the base damage buffs with CoC poison for 3.17 on top of Determination/Grace/Defiance Banner

Current 3.16 tree already looks pretty jacked (6.7m DPS @ lvl 90 on modest "early end game" gear):

Additional Notes:

• Poison Proliferation from Bino's Kitchen Knife
• More DPS can be acquired seamlessly by dropping Determination for Malevolence
• Ailment resistant with Leper's Alms - can be ailment "immune" with CWDT + Blade Vortex/etc.
• 81% Spell Suppression can be capped by dropping Cherrubim's for a rare chest with Spell Suppression
• Average Elusive amount can be improved by running Withering Step
• Frenzy charge generation on bosses potentially doable with new mark mastery

Overall just a rough draft. Hope this tickles somebody's fancy.
