Palpatine's Tentacle...i mean Tendrils...dealing MASSIVE DPS (Full-Unique Henta..i mean build) 3.16

Hey guys ! Here's how lightning tendrils perform in 3.16 *Using the same set up with our previous full-unique goku build (Divine Ire) ~ Lightning tendrils is an underused skill due to its clunkiness, but we can fix that by getting some AOE and chain explosions~

• Invest more AOE and Cast Speed so that it wont feel so clunky
