PoE Carcass Jack, Occultist, Spell builds

As the title says, I want a build that can one-shot legion. I came across this build, but I'm not sure if it's bait or not. Would this build be worth investing into, or should I look elsewhere? I assume it wouldn't make a big difference whether I have a mageblood or not.

Hi folks, so atm I´m PoBi´ing an Occultist and was thinking how good the defense layers in the title would work together. Malediction and Frigid Wake: 20% reduced Damage from hits Petrified Blood: 40% prevented (ofc there is the dot) Mom + Eldritch battery: 30% of dmg is taken from energy shield Fortify: 20% less dmg taken from hits On paper that sounds pretty good, but in reality I have no idea how this works all together.
