PoE Occultist, Vixen's Entrapment builds

I thought i was fairly capped for endgame content but I can't do past Wave 20 simul, uber atziri (oneshot by every ability...), ubers, Feared, and die once in a while in juiced t16s. Did a 80% deli but 100% is out of reach. Oneshot every 5 seconds in rank500 tota (lucky I'm finished with all tota challenges for the league). Any advice on where to go from here with 40~ divs? I am playing herald of thunder and use lightning warp to move around and inflict shocks. The damage is not particulary high, but I can do T16s fairly quickly and easily, as long as they don't have certain mods I think it would be fun to use consecrated path instead of lightning warp which would give me fortify + regen from consecrated ground. However, according to PoB, if I replaced lightning warp with consecrated path, average hit damage would be halved. I guess that means this would make my shocks weaker. Is there any way for m
