I put together a super cheap Death’s Oath + Impending Doom Occultist after seeing the expensive meta versions.

Same idea, same mechanics, but the tree, gear and crafts got optimized to cost way less.

It has 1m average pinacle dps which can 2x when on max wither stacks.
